Pope Francis has recently received a pictography on panel “Madonna of Peace” by Pinturicchio, an image that he love.
The picture represents a detail of the Madonna with the child holding a sphere in hand (the world) and San Giovannino. Made with oil on the panel, it has hot chalk reliefs and gold plated 18 kt.
